Adel Dauletbek, Regional Manager for AIR Astana (Azerbaijan): - I hope that this exhibition will make further contributions to strengthening transnational contacts between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. As the representative for AIR Astana at the AITF exhibition, I would like to draw attention to the fact that Kazakhstan’s national air carrier offers Baku-Almaty flights three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The comfortable À320 aircraft and its convenient connections from Baku to the cities of Kazakhstan, via Almaty, are at your disposal. The tourism operators and visitors to Kazakhstan should keep themselves up-to-date with the innovations offered by our company and on our stand we explain the details of co-operation with AIR Astana. We would also like to emphasize the fact that we have opened new flights along Central Asian routes. Our company provides even greater opportunities for travel through flights on the major routes in south-east Asia to destinations including Beijing, Seoul, Kuala-Lumpur and Bangkok. Thus, in terms of development, we have achieved more comfortable charters and connections for all categories of passengers setting out in a southerly direction from Azerbaijan, through Kazakhstan. We are especially happy to be able to offer such news during the Year of Tourism in Azerbaijan. I would like to mention that we are participating in this exhibition for the second time and that we have had a representative in Baku for two years. We are happy to use this modern and beautiful exhibition centre and see so many participants at the current exhibition. We are pleased that tourism in Azerbaijan is developing rapidly as a self-sufficient sector with great prospects, because, as you know, our co‑operation with Azerbaijani companies strengthens year on year! I wish every success to all the exhibitors at the 10th Anniversary AITF Exhibition!
